Fitness has always been a huge part of Ziggy's life. The gym-goer has been fit since college days and always believed a healthy human body can stretch a little further - be it striving for physique improvements or bearing a postnatal recovery.

Since then, Ziggy’s everyday revolves around doing what she firmly believes in: preaching her get-up-and-go approach; spreading the joy of staying “comfy” - Ziggy’s favourite word - and living healthily.
